Coming from a farming family, she discovered a love for cooking early on. After studying at a culinary school and in culinary creation, her encounter with farmer-bakers revealed natural sourdough as the heart of her cuisine. Three years in the bakery of Ferme d’Orvilliers refined her expertise before she took flight.
Today, bread has become for her a space for creation where technique and aesthetics converge, as in the Stella Forest universe.
